Great host, great vehicle, great pick up!

Pickup and drop off simple enough. The headlight was out and back seatbelt broken. We tried to switch out but they did not have any other vehicles available.

Car ran great!! Ben allowed me to extend my trip so I could spend more time with family.. It's my first time using Turo but I'd definitely use it again.... Thanks Ben

someone side swiped the vehicle while it was parked only did damage to the passenger mirror and i bought a whole new one for you plus the mirror

Worst experience ever Ben was a horrible host. Car was extremely dirty with copious amounts of dirt throughout, trash (literally empty bottles, French fries and food wrappings) and items (bottles, sunglasses) from owner or previous guests. Brakes didn’t work well. I would not recommend renting from this host or maybe even Turo in general. Our first time using Turo and most likely our last.
