The car was clean and as expected. I felt like communication was lacking. On day 1 the check was gone light came on so I sent a picture of that issue without any response. I continued to drive with that light on the whole trip. I was offered an extension for 1 hr and I took it only to be told right at noon that it wasn’t accepted. I had to quickly exit a family member’s house , get gas and do the drop off. Any messages would have been appreciated. Car was dropped about 30 mins later than scheduled for this reason. Convenient pick up and drop off location.
