Thank you Alex, you are always welcome back to Wolf Premier Drive:)
Great vehicle! Clean and well cared for. Lots of bells & whistles & easy on fuel. Communication could be a bit better. Perhaps dealing with only one contact for pickup, location & drop-off.

James, I'm sorry your experience fell short! However, we fulfilled your airport reservation as requested. I personally sent you detailed instructions with photos via Turo and text, plus automatic messaging, but none were read. Furthermore, as a reminder, the person listed on the reservation must be the same person who picks up and drops off the car, and in your case, the car was returned by a different, unauthorized person!
I had a great experience renting the Kia Seltos through Turo! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, and everything went great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend renting this vehicle and would book it again in the future!
