Everything was perfect from the beginning! Our flight was delayed because of a storm, and we had to land at a different airport about 1.5 hours away. I messaged Claudia, and she was very understanding, even offering to bring me the car herself. The car was new, comfortable, and very clean. I definitely recommend Claudia and her service!
