Phenomenal experience, great car great host. Needed to stay an extra few days for the tournament and each day I extended the trip. There was not a problem. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Rented for 10 days $468. Driving from NE to AZ. On day 2 the car locked the doors on me at a gas station in New Mexico with the fob IN THE VEHICLE....which should NEVER happen!!! Contacted the host...said that's common in a Hyundai🤔(don't think you should pass that on to your customer BEFORE it happens then???) Had to pay $60 out of pocket for a locksmith, as I didn't pay for turo roadside. On day 4, the car kept clicking then just stopped running in Arizona on a highway under construction in 90 degree weather!!! Contacted host, no answer. Texted host, he asked of the signs before stopping and then said his mechanic was calling me. The mechanic was is San Diego got the same info I told host, said he would get back with me "right away" after he talked to the host. I contacted Turo roadside with no help since I didn't purchase. They asked me who my insurance was and I was told they don't work with them I would have to pay out of pocket for tow...which I did. (An hour and a half had passed sitting on the interstate with no call back mechanic!!! ) Host sent a screenshot of fuel report saying mechanic said nothing they can do car was not driveable that it was probably from driving vehicle " nearly dry" (???) I explained to the host I was on a road trip and should be able to drive as far as I can without running out of gas before refueling!!!! The car went by miles not gallons left and the car was NEVER driven under 35 miles left before refueling!! WHICH IS NORMAL FUELING ON A ROAD TRIP!!! ( *BEWARE* if they can prove breakdown was caused by renter they don't have to refund or pay anything to fix vehicle!!!**BEWARE**) THIS WAS AN IMMOBILIZER/SECURITY ISSUE as the car wasn't recognizing the key. Tried to call host, mechanic, neither one was answering. NOTHING I COULD DO WHEN HOST AND MECHANIC WASNT ANSWERING. I had car towed to nearest exit and had it parked at gas station, $300 later!!! I then locked vehicle put lockbox on window with key inside, paid $50 for an Uber to nearest big city. Got an $87 motel 6, just to get out of heat and figure things out. (Again..tried to call host...no answer...called mechanic...no answer....) Found another company to rent another car to get home..$489 later! I then contacted host let him know I was no longer with vehicle. On the way home a family member passed and so now had to extend the new rental which was another $448 My Turo rental ended yesterday with 6 out of 10 days of non use. Now host says I abandoned vehicle and wants to charge me to bring car back to Nebraska. Says can't do anything to refund me and Turo says host has to have vehicle back to SEE IF I "QUALIFY" FOR REFUND!? (are you kidding me!!?) So I'm out around $1500...($1000 at the very least). Plus 6 out of 10 days I rented this Turo vehicle!!! NO ONE HELPED ME, NO ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND, NOT ANOTHER VEHICLE TO GET HOME..but most importantly....NOT EVEN A CALL FROM HOST...and yes...I'm still waiting for his mechanic to get" right back" with me!!!!! THANKS ADAM, RON THE MECHANIC AND TURO ROADSIDE no assistance!!!!! A trip from hell to say the least!!!
* Roadside Assistance should come with renting NOT AN OPTION FOR CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR!!!( I'd bet there's a method behind that madness...and Im not the first!!)
