This was my wife and my first ise of Turo. We did not receive the vehicle we rented, and was informed just 2-3 hours prior to the planned pickup. The owner was helpful in getting another vehicle, but he also promised a discount that has not been received. Items we were planning on taking on our trip were needing to be left at home as a result of room available. I do not foresee ever using Turo again.

Pickup location was good, I did have a hiccup at the beginning of my trip, but Adam made sure he took care of it. He was very prompt with what was needed. His communication was great. The car could’ve used some TLC with cleaning, but overall I had no other issues. Would rent from Adam again.
