Running out of gas and paying for the insurance and road side assistance but receiving none at all . Not very satisfied with this company at all. Even after paying the extra $15 a day for the rental on my last day not being able to make it on time and the chat support is no help at all . Returning a vehicle late when I’ve done everything I could to get it back on time and cleaned . Very disappointing. Especially Mr rick hodneland for 1 knowing my situation and agreeing to help me rent the car on a loan basis , but on the last day to up and ghost and leave me with what ? Hoping I’d goto jail ? I should have known though he was breadcrumbing me and I was calling him out the whole time and it’s not like I haven’t tried getting a job everywhere says no or a resume a printed one and I don’t got time for that . Short attention span . Anyways . Loved the jeep im saddened this will ruin renting from this app again
