Great experience overall! Ralph was very responsive and considerate throughout the rental. The Ford was clean, comfortable, and perfect for Seattle roads and weather conditions. I really enjoyed driving it and would definitely rent from Ralph again whenever I’m back in Washington. Highly recommended!

Great trip overall there was just a small misunderstanding at the start regarding the pick up date because our reservation was around midnight but the host was able to make it on time and quickly resolved any communication issues. after that everything went smoothly

The car itself was excellent and drove very well. Unfortunately, less than 40 minutes into my trip, the tire pressure warning came on. I pulled over immediately and found a nail in the tire. I notified the host right away, but didn’t receive a response until about 28 hours later. I had to repair the tire myself, completely change my travel plans, and missed about 12.5 hours of overtime at work because of the delay. Overall, it was a very stressful experience despite the car being otherwise great.
