The car was great (I own the exact same) but one of the owners must have a significant addition to marijuana because it had an extremely strong odor. It was also not externally cleaned or vacuumed. Since this was a business rental, I was forced to clean the car myself but I couldn't get the scent out leading to multiple coworkers commenting on the scent. Additionally, the owners did not allow Tesla App access limiting around 70% of the car's options including locating the car, remotely locking the doors, securing the windows, viewing the cameras to ensure safety, preheating/precooling the car, using the summon feature, etc. In summary, I'll always rent Teslas only but won't rent this due to the aforementioned reasons.
We respectfully disagree, as this does not accurately reflect the experience. The vehicle was professionally cleaned before your trip. Both our pre-trip photos and your check-in photos document its condition. No odor or cleanliness concerns were brought to our attention. You were informed app access was not included prior to your trip and decided to proceed. The key provided allowed full operation of the vehicle as intended. We stand behind the condition and quality of our listing for each guest
