My experience with this rental was very disappointing. I picked up the car with pre existing issues, including a small crack in the windshield and other visible wear. Since I couldn’t properly document everything through the Turo app, I recorded a detailed video of the vehicle right before taking possession of it.
When I returned the car, I recorded another video showing its condition at drop off. After the rental ended, the host contacted me and claimed that I had damaged the vehicle.
Fortunately, I have video evidence from both pickup and return that documents the car’s condition. Renters should always take detailed photos and videos before and after a trip to protect themselves.
Thank you for your frustration and I appreciate you documenting pictures before and after your trip with that evidence they came to find out that my assistant that took the car in before missed the crack in the windshield and the driver before you admitted that it was cracked and he took care of the damages again I’m sorry I’m sorry for all the problems that occurred and that was not my intent
