The car is beautiful until you drive it then the whole car shakes when on the highway. Very very upsetting when we booked this car and had to leave early the next morning and now had no car for our vacation. The host was very responsive but does me no good when the car doesn't work and we then had no way to get to our destination. Now turo is arguing with me about a refund when we never got to use the car. NEVER will use turo again!

The car was great, it worked great to get us around. The only thing that I was frusterated with was the drop off and pick up locations were changed from what we had set up. They parked the car at a hotel near by, I am thinking to avoid parking fees, but I was told I would get to pick it up at the air port itself. When I landed I was told to get a suttle to get my car. If it was just my husband and I that would not have been a big deal BUT I was traveling with 2 elderly people and 2 toddlers under 2 plus 2 more adults. Shuttling to get a car was not an option for our party. We had to go find our other car, that was thankfully parked at the air port as planned, go find the GMC at the hotel and then go pick up everyone at the arrivals ... to be honest it was a terrible way to start the trip. AND then they wanted us to drop it off in the same location after I had reached out to them and explained our situation. I would have much rather had the opton to pay for parking then to go through that again. I will say in the adventure of trying to find the car in the hotel parking lot there were a few other people that had the same thing happen and they said they would never use TURO again if that was how it was going to be. Thankfully we had the other car to help make it work but it was no thanks to the host. The cat itself was there, it was clean, the tank was full, ans the check-in and check-out process was not bad other then locaion changes.
