The host was accommodating. The vehicle, however, had a terrible chemical smell trying to cover up the cigarette smoke, the air vents were broken, and the car had 145,000mi on it. Paying so much more on Turo than a standard car rental agency, I would have expected this to not be an issue. Turo has lots of hidden fees and add on fees… the price listed when you are searching is far less than it actually turns out to be. As a first time user of Turo, we found it confusing.
