Great host during a hectic extended time. Good vehicle, decent gas mileage, AWD, comfortable and roomy for mid sized vehicle.

The car had some issues maintenence wise and was switched last minute. I was charged the same price for a car I don’t agree was worth the price I paid. My option was to accept it or find another rental within 24 hours of my trip. So I accepted. It had multiple alerts on the dashboard and one windshield wiper without rubber so it didn’t work. I needed to coordinate for late drop off and the host ignored my message for a week before responding only because I sent another message saying my experience wasn’t great. After coordinating late drop off I got a call that the pick up guys were looking for the car and weren’t informed I would be dropping off late. Over all it was acceptable. But this is my first Turo experience and I don’t know if I’d do it again.
