Had to pay to fix front passenger tire.
Hey Dorisha! Thanks for bringing it to our attention, but when we gave you the vehicle there were no issues with the tires, we made sure to check prior to your pickup. We can’t control if you catch a nail or something else while on your trip

The pick up and drop off was easy. The car itself drove pretty good. Seems like it could use a little maintenance though. Overall, great place to rent and friendly staff.
Hey! There I saw your note, and it’s not that the vehicle starts slow but it’s a hybrid that’s why it’s more silent than your regular car, it’s not because it needs maintenance. Thank you for your business
