Car was having issues with trunk. I tried to call owner he did not pick up. I also had issues with trying to connect to the car. It was overall just an annoying experience. 10/10 for unlimited miles but for price and inconvenience it’s a no for me. He overall takes great care of his car though… other than trunk malfunction

We wanted to apologize for any issues you had with the liftgate and your phone connectivity to the car. You did make us aware of the phone issue. But, you never said anything to uu regarding the tailgate. I sent you videos and instructions on how to pair your phone to the car. After reaching out to you to see if the phone issue had been solved. We didn't hear anything back. So we assumed it was all good. When you returned the car I paired my phone with no issues and the liftgate works fine.
Car ran great! Excellent communication with Art, would rent again!
