I originally paid for a midsize suv, the one I requested wasn’t available… no big deal. They switch me to a car that was way smaller than what I paid for. I then had to pay to upgrade to the same size suv I already paid for. This is the second time I have rented from here, first time the car I rented for a week had no AC what’s so ever. Very dissatisfied
