It was a reliable car and easy pick up and drop off. They were able to include a car seat too which was great. Easy communications with the hosts. There were several minor things broken on the car but the hosts were aware and assured me they’re taking care of it. Would still rent from them again!

Car wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick up. The host had to come and take pictures of the car and delayed plans I had preset. I had tried to budget my trip and went over a little bit so I was between checks and didn’t have enough money to pay for the extended miles that I used, and instead of listening to my reasoning through messages, the house ignored me and considered my request futile, and only offered promotions for Future rentals. The car’s AC needs to be recharged and the radio was possessed the entire time. I couldn’t hear my music because it kept changing because someone prior had broke the touchscreen display on the car. I only got this car because it was the cheapest one on Toro at the time but the location for pick up the car itself and the treatment from the host gets one star. Crummy at best. I even vacuumed out the car myself as a courtesy. I don’t want an apology. I don’t want anybody to call or say I understand. I just won’t come here again. Sending what I owe to collections after me asking for you to wait until Friday when I get paid to pay it is absurd. But that’s my fault only human. I forgot that we live in a world where people are ignored and nobody cares. I’ll do better next time. Thank you for your time.
