Quality: car ran smooth. Noted break pedal sinks a little bit to the floor. No other things to report.
Pick-up : location easy to find! However, vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. If not crunched for time we would have asked to be placed in another vehicle. Took a couple hours to finally air it out.
Greeted by host. Super nice and professional. Will be back.
