They were responsive, and expressed willingness to fix a small smoke smell we in the car, which we personally weren’t able to bring it in for. It eventually was gone naturally, they were very willing to clean it for us though we just couldn’t make it in to take care of it before a trip we had to leave for. Solid trip. Would rent from them again in the future.
