The disappointing thing about this trip was the windshield wipers did not work at all and while it started raining on my trip, I was out of town using the vehicle. I messaged the host because it was unsafe to drive in the road wasn’t visible. The host told me to go to a AutoZone to purchase windshield wipers myself also. when I return the vehicle, nobody was there as well as after I filled the car up. I guess there was an extra five dollars that could fit in the tank so the host charged me for that plus a $10 convenience fee.
You messaged us saying the wipers were not working, we offered to replace the wipers. You said you were out of town, I suggested going to an auto store and having them replace them and that we would reimburse you the cost. If there was some other solution we could have offered you could have let us know. In regards to the refueling cost, this is standard you can replace the vehicle with fuel full, the convenience fee is added automatically by turo, not us. In future return it at same level.
