Not honest with the car listed. Rented a RAV4 but they waited until it was a few hours to checkin before a called and said RAV4 is in the repair shop and not completely repaired.
They offered to swap at no extra charge. But when i got there i saw the RAV4 in the lot and it had been broken down for a looong time. And this is where the dishonesty comes in.. they had no business listing the RAV4. And they didn’t have to lie when they called to swap the car. They should have just told the truth. It looks bad on a person and a business when they lie.
Otherwise, everything else was good. The swapped car drove really good, though it came dirty inside.

The RAV4 was not road-ready and was undergoing maintenance, which is why we contacted you before your trip and offered a replacement vehicle at no additional cost.
We provided a complimentary upgrade to a vehicle that was significantly more expensive and, in our opinion, twice as nice as the original RAV4. While we understand that having your reserved vehicle unavailable was inconvenient, we made every effort to make the situation right by providing an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
First time. Everything was great. Car was clean, full and easy to find. Communication was great and drop off was simple. All around very impressed. Will definitely be making the change away from traditional rentals.
