We rejected the car at pick up because the car provided was not the car described. The car we selected and rented was switched the day before our trip for a much smaller car. We contacted the provider of the vehicle and canceled and requested a refund which was promised to us. Clearly that also was a misrepresentation by the provider since I am now receiving a message that the car has not been returned. It was never taken.
