Overall the quality of Turo rentals has gone so low that it is disappointing. There is no quality control over these rentals. It used to be high quality service with clean private cars from owners themselves. Now most of these are business enterprises but with no quality control. I will think 100 times before renting from Turo now. Pictures are not true representation of the car condition. No mechanical maintenance or oversight before renting it again. There is a long list of issues with this rental.

The concern appears to have occurred during the rental period and is consistent with an external impact. I had this car for 5 months and it was great the whole time - runs and drives very well. Service was awesome - replaced tires and changed oil immediately upon need. Friendly host!
