We had a great experience renting the Bronco Sport! The vehicle was very clean, provided a smooth and comfortable ride, and accommodated everything we needed for our trip. Gene was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would happily rent from him again! Highly recommend!

Thanks for letting me know the brakes squeaked in a drive thru. I had them checked out and luckily nothing is wrong with them. They said it happens sometimes when the weather changes dramatically.
Also I noticed you marked a 4 star for vehicle location. That’s odd considering you chose the airport as your location and the car was in an approved Turo lot at the airport.
Hope you find peace.
I had such a great experience with this rental car! The vehicle was perfect for my trip and everything I could have asked for. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and drove so smoothly. I really appreciated how well-maintained it was and how easy and enjoyable it made getting around.
The car was exactly what I needed for my trip, and I honestly had no complaints at all. I felt comfortable and safe driving it, and it made the whole experience that much better. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and comfortable rental. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
