Overall, I liked the car itself. I rented it specifically because I’m thinking of buying a Durango, so why not try one out when on vacation?!
A few things that could have been improved:
1. was a bit frustrated with pickup as the host requires that for airport pickup that they meet you at the curb, you ride with them to the waiting area, they go over the car with you, then you have it. This was not communicated until a few hours before pickup, when traveling alone and my 9 year old daughter this made me very uneasy from the time I found out during our layover until we had the car. The world is crazy these days! I would have expected the listing or prior communication to state this.
2. The CarPlay only worked intermittently which wasn’t the end of the world but an inconvenience when trying to navigate.
3. The seat covers are not the prettiest (that’s an opinion only) but they’re also floppy on the seats and stick to your legs terribly in the OK heat, then because they’re so loose they just look very sloppy.

The car was in great condition and clean! Hosts were super responsive and helpful. It wasn’t the usual pick up and drop off, but it worked out. Everything was smooth. Would use again if I was ever in OKC.
