They changed the vehicle a few hours before pick up, but the vehicle supplied was good. No issues.

I wanted to explain the reason for the vehicle change. Unfortunately, the original vehicle you reserved was returned late by the previous guest and was not available at the time of your pickup.
Rather than canceling your trip, we did our best to accommodate you by providing a replacement vehicle so that you would still have transportation available. Before making the change, we contacted you, explained the situation, and received your approval for the replacement vehicle.
