I would not rent this vehicle again.
The car was in poor condition when I picked it up. It was dirty, dingy, and had multiple dents, making it embarrassing to drive. It looked nothing like a vehicle that had been properly maintained or prepared for a guest.
The biggest issue, however, was safety. During my rental, the rear brake light was out, creating a dangerous situation. No renter should have to worry about whether the brakes are going to fail while driving. That experience was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable.
Overall, this was a disappointing rental. Between the poor cleanliness, cosmetic damage, and serious mechanical issue, I cannot recommend this vehicle.
