Not in the location of the directions. He put two different locations in. In my directions for the pick up it was the wrong location and it was a heat wave. Could not find car for over 20 minutes. When I asked for help from him to find he was very rude. Car was so dirty, had not been cleaned from person before me.
The pickup instructions clearly identified the correct location and are successfully used by the vast majority of my guests. I responded promptly and made every effort to help, but the conversation became unnecessarily hostile after the provided directions were not followed. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before before the trip. The issue was not the car or the pick up process, but the guests failure to follow simple directions and to communicate respectfully.

It was easy to pick up, the car drove great. especially loved the cruise control, it could sense cars in front and slow down automatically and match the speed of the car in front. It was easy to return, I even left my wallet behind and didn’t realize for 40 minutes. Invade and his wife were so kind to keep ahold of it for me until the next day! We drove this car to California and back with no problems whatsoever! It was great for my family of 4!
