Vehicle was clean and tidy. Conviently parked in close covered parking, for pick up.
Drop off was not quite as convenient. Had I known at the time of booking that I would be asked to wash the vehicle and park in econemy, I would have gone with a regular rental company. As these things cut into the last little bit of my leisure time and defeated the convience of a rental car service.
Vern himself was a pleasant hostess and kept in contact with me well.
I just would have appreciated being notified of the last minute drop off details at the time of booking so that I could have made a fully informed decision.
Will this affect my rental decisions in the future, yes!
