I personally don’t approve of allowing rental vehicles on the market that are unsafe. The windshield was cracked from the driver-side almost to the passenger side. There’s was no mention of this from the host(s) after I rented the vehicle or during the rental process. I was disappointed and upset that this was left unchecked. I drive rigs for a living and law enforcement will shut down a truck if the damage to a windshield is more than a quarter in diameter. I messaged the host(s), there’s several, and no one responded. When I arrived at the airport to pickup the ride it was already dark. I took what pics I could an uploaded them before I left. I had my three kids with me, and so I didn’t feel comfortable driving the vehicle. The car was washed. Not detailed or anything. The ride itself was pleasant. No bad odors. Ride performed decent on fuel mileage for a v6. Hopefully they decide to fix the windshield issue before they rent again. I understand that some folks have different tolerances than others. Take my experience with a grain of salt. Maybe it was an oversight. Who knows.

The host was friendly and the car ran great! The windshield was cracked but the host made sure to point it out right away and let me know any additional damages to it would not count against me. This was my first experience with turo and won't be my last.
