The front tires on the car were not in good condition, with perhaps less than the legal tread left. The rear tires tread was a good. At pickup, the front right tires was a few pounds lower than the other tires, but this was not alarming. Almost immediately after leaving the pickup location the pressure began dropping slowly. It continued over the next day (Wednesday) but was still very slow. On Thursday morning, the pressure began dropping even more, down to the point that it needed air. In order to get back to the drop off at the airport, we had to add air 7 times as the pressure would only hold for a few minutes. Our host claimed he got an alert about the pressure on Tuesday evening, but he never contacted us or offered to have the tire serviced. This vehicle should never have been rented with these tires. We almost missed our flights due to this issue. Terrible experience!

I am sorry about the inconvenience.
As I explicitly explained to you in our exchange, the tires were fine; the tread depth was inspected (I have proof of that from Discount Tire). A guest returned the vehicle a few hours before I dropped it off and had no complaints about the tires (the trip photos can prove it). The front tire got a puncture after you picked it up. I sent you a screenshot showing when I got notified of the low tire pressure, 2 hours after your reservation started.
Everything was perfect.
