I was disappointed with my experience renting this vehicle. During my rental, I contacted the host twice to report what appeared to be a bad wheel bearing. I was very uncomfortable driving the vehicle, especially knowing I had a long-distance trip ahead of me.
The only solution offered was to return the vehicle to the original pickup location. There was no offer of a discount, assistance with securing another vehicle, or consideration for the additional expense and inconvenience this would have caused.
I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but I feel that when a customer raises a legitimate safety concern, more effort should be made to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I was left feeling that my safety and the inconvenience were not a priority.

Before each trip, both a visual and technical inspection of the car is carried out. No faults were detected. Moreover, after the trip and comments, a technical inspection was carried out at a specialized service center. The service also did not reveal any problems with the bearing or with any other part of the suspension. Perhaps the noise you heard was due to the tires.
Everything was perfect.
Easy to pick up, car was very clean and the owners friendly.

This SUV was beautiful, clean, ran smoothly, had all the features that anyone could ask for to make a trip comfortable and easy. I have zero complaints from start to finish. The hosts were easy to reach and communication was seamless. I would absolutely rent from them again and again! Thank you for a great experience!
