The car was very clean, steering wheel does shake a bit, but it took us everywhere we needed. Overall it was a good car for the trip.

This was my first time using turo! And I wish Juliana had cars everywhere I go for vacation she was always very helpful and super nice always replied to questions quick and was great at giving directions. As for the car it was a a beautiful clean and great smell minor little noise but nothing that we worried about it was a great car overall from the smell to the drive would 100% recommend this car and Juliana for anyone that wants an easy and wonderful trip

Intermitent flat tire alarm and weird noises. My big mistake was not report it since day 1 because I understood that I could live with that and the owner could fix it before lease it to another person.
Guess what? When I told the owner about it I’ve been accused of beeing responsible for a tire damage and that all issues were related to it.
Lesson learned: I will never again try to save some money by renting an older car.

The car was inspected by turo 2 days before it was delivered. The guest used the car for 15 days and nothing was reported to me and he even threatened me saying he would give me a bad review. The car was returned with a damaged front tire (caused by a hard impact) and the side seat protector was broken. I fixed everything and report to Turo support. Next time rent a 2023 luxury car. By the way I gave you 5 stars.
