Car quality was not good car shimmied and steering was difficult at times
The car had the front bumper disconnected
Def needs some tlc
Host apologizes and refunded but it was still a huge inconvenience to not have had the car delivered as planned and paid for . Had to wait til the next day to get it . Then The host asked me back for it earlier if possible . It was by far my worse TURO experience and TURO needs more cars in Ocala for rent . I asked for couple days more and was told it was booked for same day so not sure how they turn that vehicle around so soon without proper maintenance
Thalia. There were absolutely no issues with steering on the way to your drop off location or on the way back after your booking. There is photo proof of the bumper being attached upon pickup and drop off. The vehicle recently just passed inspection and the steering was one of the many items that passed as well as tire tread. The late drop off was out of our control due to the guest before you dropping the car off over 12 hrs late. We thoroughly inspect and maintain our vehicles.
