We were disappointed our original rental was cancelled yet was there when we arrived to pick this vehicle up. It was fine but we switched and had to pay $40 for the same trip. The only real issue we had was the outside of the car was dirty and the inside smelled like cigarette smoke. For non smokers the smell on a long trip was less than ideal. Pickup and drop off was in a good location and we would rent another vehicle from them in the future. But please check the inside of the car for off putting odors.
Christina, we respectfully disagree with several of your claims. Your trip occurred immediately after a thunderstorm, and on a white vehicle, temporary rainwater marks are completely normal. Your claim that the brand-new 2026 Nissan Murano smelled like cigarette smoke is simply inaccurate. We take false reviews seriously and, as a result, we will no longer rent vehicles to you. We value honest feedback, but it must also be truthful.
As for the $40 you were charged , it has nothing to do with us
