The car quality was very good. Didn’t like the smoke smell.

We sincerely apologize that your experience was affected by a smoke odor. Unfortunately, some renters disregard the vehicle and the rules, even when we go above and beyond to provide quality cars to guests who may not qualify with traditional rental companies. What is most frustrating is that Turo often fails to hold guests accountable for violating its Non-Smoking Policy, leaving hosts to absorb the consequences. We truly appreciate your understanding.
