I had a great experience renting from this host everything went smoothly from start to finish. I especially loved having access to the Tesla app, which made the entire process incredibly convenient and easy to manage. The host was responsible and communicative, and the car was mostly clean and well-maintained. I would definitely rent from them again if I’m looking for another smooth, hassle-free experience.

I was not provided with an adapter for charging and the host was non responsive.TURO also did not honor their written process for my dispute and charged me an extra $500 without authorization from me. I do not recommend this host.
