Fantastic ride! Easy pickup and drop off. Owner is amazing, great with communication, and made sure I had everything I needed. There is also a charging station close by. Will definitely rent again!

I was about 40 minutes late to the pickup location because of traffic and some minor miscommunication. However the host made accommodations as needed. My 4 star has more to do with the car. The left blinker is loose and does not lock in place without considerable down pressure. Could be a car design flaw. There is a slight smoke smell which may be from previous renters. Drop off was swift and effortless.

I took off of work to take this vehicle to the mechanic's shop first. Then I went to the dealership and had it checked and there was nothing wrong. There have been two customers after you that have used it and I asked them to watch that part of the vehicle and they reported nothing wrong. So maybe you were not pushing it down hard enough because most people think you have to push the silver button in or push it up or back. No, you push it down and it does work. Just to let you know, Chong.

Had trouble getting the car unlocked initially but host came to help quickly, car was not fully charged to start. Otherwise nice clean car with no issues.
