Car was great. As expected. Ran well, clean and nice to save on gas with the hybrid. Host was easy to work with and communicated well. Not his fault- the pickup was long due to the need to ride the airport shuttle to the economy lot which took over 30 minutes. I don’t believe it always takes that long but good to plan for it.

I rented this Kia Niro from Charles for a bit less than 2 days.
Both check-in and checkout were seamless.
The car is very decent. It's a hybrid, so it did 60+ MPG during my trip, saves money on gas.
Overall, the car was excellent, with the exception of the "Android Auto", which occasionally disconnected on its own despite me using an original USB cable that I brought with me. This is most probably related to the car’s display system needing a software update (which one of my Android phones prompted me to do and referred me to the Kia website).
I told Charles about it and he mentioned that he will take care of it and perform the necessary update.
I will be renting a car from Charles again when I'm in the area.
