While there was a minor issue with the car from the previous renter Flava was very upfront about it proactively contacting us and letting us know and giving us the flexibility and choice on how we wanted to handle it. He was extremely friendly and great to work with and communication was excellent. He checked in several times during our rental to make sure we were having a positive rental experience. Car was excellent (barring the unfortunate issue) and Flava was a fantastic host.

Flava's vehicle was very clean. He was very informative and helpful about the island and the ferry. When I return I'm going to use Flava.

The car was in perfect condition and just what i needed for the vineyard. Flava the host was amazing! My arrival and ferry departures kept changing due to the nor’easter. Ferries and airlines were cancelled. He worked with me to accommodate all the changes. I really appreciated his flexibility. Thx so much!!
