The car was beautiful and Richa responded very quickly. The lot was easy to get to but beware that your drop off time needs to be exact (or you need to be better about communicating your arrival time). We ended up waiting for the key drop off because we arrived early. Also beware that you have to take photos when you pick up and drop off the car and put the key in a lock box. More administrative hurdles than we were anticipating.
