The pickup was fine, far walk from the bus. Car was very nice but TVs don’t work unless you have something to plug into the TV which was annoying for our long drive. Car definitely has been smoked in before but we noticed it every couple times getting in. Also having to wash the car and clean it before returning it was annoying because we had a very early flight out. Seems like we just cleaned the car for the next person to rent. Otherwise was fine rental.

The vehicle was super comfy and roomy. They provided a car seat which saved the hassle of transporting one from Idaho to Missouri and back. We had no issues with pick up, drop off, and they were always timely with communication through the whole trip! Would definitely use again if we ever find ourselves back in Missouri.

My experience was great only problem is the truck back passenger screen was broken ruined my experience for luxury experience with photos for my special event . I honestly feel that issue should have been repaired before renting out again due to the price. Overall my experience was pleasant and I would rent again !
