Have to give the owner of the vehicle a 5 Star rating while Turo gets a 1 Star. They have sent multiple notices of not closing out the ride, threatening excess charges, while Turo sent me a customer service rating for the ride, and got a Thank You from the owner.
Do believe this will be the final rental from Turo. Great concept and likely of benefit to thousands of owners and clients. This definitely left a very foul taste.
