The car had a small issue and Elie immediately returned my phone call and had a replacement car ready for me in under two hours. I left a review for the replacement car separately, but that was also five stars. He brought the card directly to where I was staying while in Boston. I appreciate the good service and I recommend him for future Turo rentals.

Elie was incredible. Super responsive and helpful. The car was kind of a challenge. The transmission slips while you are accelerating making getting up to speed rather difficult. The check engine light came on but Elie was quick to respond and it didn't become an issue. He said he'd have it checked out before renting again. I'd definitely book with Elie again, just not that particular car.
