Max was an excellent and exceptional host. I really appreciate his customer service, his availability, and his attitude as a hosts. Definitely 5 star service. We originally put in for a 6 seat vehicle that Max has but due to some unforseen mechanical issues on that car, Max contacted me, told me what was going on and offered a replacement vehicle which was the Audi Q5. This vehicle runs great and doesn't burn a lot of gas either. Its a 2015 with 100K + miles but runs fantastic. Max met us at O'Hare airport, smiled, shook our hands, gave us the keys and told us we were good to go. We went dropped of the vehicle at the airport terminal parking lot, we dropped it off early due to an early flight. Max told us where to leave it and the keys, and we walked right to the terminal across the street. Extremely convenient. Its great to know that good customer service still exists. I see why Max is highly rated and recommended.

Vlad and Max were super helpful and the audi was perfect for our family of five. The car is older and lacks some of the technology and charging ports but ran and looks like new. Great experience and we will be back.
