Vlad and Max were super helpful and the audi was perfect for our family of five. The car is older and lacks some of the technology and charging ports but ran and looks like new. Great experience and we will be back.

The car was clean and well maintained. Max was friendly, on time and extremely accommodating. We had to return it early and he was willing to meet us early to do so. Very good experience!

We had an excellent experience with this car rental from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the airport right on time, which made the process smooth and convenient. The vehicle was very clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors.
During our trip, the car performed flawlessly and drove very smoothly. The only minor observation was that the foot pedal felt slightly low, but it did not affect the overall driving experience. Otherwise, the vehicle felt practically brand new.
We did have to cut our trip short, and Max was extremely understanding and accommodating. He worked with us to adjust the return and even met us at the departure gate, which we greatly appreciated.
Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and the level of service exceeded expectations. If you’re in the Chicago area and need a reliable vehicle, I would highly recommend renting from Max.
