So the Escalade had some issues. When I picked up the car, it was half full on gas, and the right rear tire had low pressure. As I was driving the car, it began to rain, and the wipers stopped working completely, which necessitated stopping in the mountains because I didn't want to die or kill my passengers. Here's the thing though; these things can happen! It can happen to any car in any place. What's important is, I replaced the wiper fuse and that fixed the problem, but these guys were ready to do a full replacement of the car if I hadn't. They were responsive when I told them what was going on with the car, and when I returned the car early, following the Turo app requirements, even though it wasn't how they actually wanted me to return it, it was ok. Mistakes and little problems happen, but those mistakes and little problems don't change the fact that the car was exactly as advertised and that the support level was there when required, and they were happy to do what they determined would be the best way to make things right.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process super easy. The pricing was very affordable, especially considering the quality of the vehicle. The Escalade was spotless, luxurious, and perfect for our trip. My kids were entertained the entire time with the TVs in the back, which made a huge difference. Honestly zero complaints, 20 stars if I could give them that many. Highly recommend.

I used to rent through Enterprise and after this experience I will never go back. The level of service, communication, cleanliness, and overall quality here was on a completely different level.

Very easy to pick up. Good communication with host. Only critique I would have is I would like the car to have a full tank of gas and to be cleaner. Overall very good experience.
