Simple pick/drop off. The car was clean and rode well. Perfect for getting my kiddos to an event over the weekend. Would rent again.
I spoke with Jenae about this and she confirmed her intention was to give us 5 stars. Sadly the app didn’t record it as 5 and Turo will not correct it or do anything else to mitigate negative effect it has. We are glad that our guest wasn’t dissatisfied and that’s the best we can do in this situation.
