Guest requested cancellation.
Car quality was awful. Inside was clean but the tire tread was below the legal limit (did not realize until a tire blew out). Rotors were warped and tires were so out of alignment that steering wheel shook like crazy. When our tire blew my husband put the spare on and we realized how bad the treads were on the front tires. I told the host the vehicle was not safe to drive the 110 miles back to fairbanks due to the low tread and fact that we had a spare on the front. She responded by asking if we were refusing to bring the vehicle back. We tried to call the tow company to take the vehicle back even though we were only half way through our trip and the number provided by Turo did not work. I felt defeated and like dealing with Turo and the host was ruining my trip so decided to limp the vehicle back to Fairbanks. It was stressful and consumed a considerable amount of valuable time that we can not get back with family and friends.

We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. Our vehicle is regularly maintained and inspected, and had there been a verified safety issue, we would never have expected the vehicle to continue to operate.
This host is amazing and was very communicative car worked super well and was very dependable!
