While this car is manual…manual. Like 1990s manual, it was super fun to drive around and explore Alaska in. 10/10 would recommend!

We are so glad you've enjoyed your trip with us! Perhaps basic is what you are referring to - this jeep specifically has roll up and roll down windows, and is the basic package. Just some clarification, in case this review is read. IT IS an automatic not a manual. Our intention is never to give a guest a vehicle they're not happy with. we do offer vehicles with more features, they just cost a bit more due to maintenance costs. Thank you for being an awesome guest, we hope to host you again!

We're dissapointed that you found this was only a 4 star experience. We list our vehicles with descriptions on make model and amenities to prevent people from renting something they are unhappy with. Our cheaper rentals do have more limited features, for a few dollars more we offer more modern vehicles with better options. We unfortunately cannot prevent dissatisfaction of the vehicle features in any otherway that listing them clearly in our ads.
Pick up was fast and easy! Drove from North Pole to Denali and back and the Jeep was fantastic. Cost us about $75 round trip in fuel, not terrible. Jeep interior was clean and did not smell like cigarette smoke. Drop off was easy as well. Drove through quite the rainstorm and the wipers worked well.
