Pick up went great.
Drop off not so much. There was no option to close my reservation on the app and now I am getting notifications that I haven’t closed the reservation.
When I clicked on how to return the vehicle it said to follow the instructions for locking and keys and then submit photos and then your reservation is done. I completed all of that prior to the end of the reservation.
