Pick up went great.
Drop off not so much. There was no option to close my reservation on the app and now I am getting notifications that I haven’t closed the reservation.
When I clicked on how to return the vehicle it said to follow the instructions for locking and keys and then submit photos and then your reservation is done. I completed all of that prior to the end of the reservation.

As for the closing of your trip, I tried to explain it through messages but you still were unable to figure out how to close your trip so I advised you to call customer support. I’m not sure what else I could have done to further assist you.
As for the tire pressure, the tire sensor was not on when the car was dropped off nor picked up, I went back to double check the trip photos so I’m unsure how the tire pressure was low.
